Cavendish Beach Music Festival: July 10,11,12, 2025

SOMMO FESTIVAL: September 13,14, 2025

Cancellation Policies - Regular Guests (Exclusive July 10,11,12, 2025, and September 13,14, 2025):

  1. A deposit of full stay plus 15% HST is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation of each room.
  2. Cancellations made 31 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed after receiving your cancellation request via email. Please note that a $50 administration fee will be deducted from each room.
  3. For cancellations made within 31 days of the check-in date, the full payment is non-refundable.
  4. No changes to the itinerary are allowed within 14 days of check-in date.
  5. In the case of a no-show without prior email notification, the full balance will be non-refundable.

Group Guests Cancellation Policy:

  1. Applies to bookings of 4 or more rooms.
  2. A deposit of full stay plus 15% HST is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation of each room.
  3. Cancellations made 61 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed after receiving your cancellation request via email. Please note that a $50 administration fee will be deducted from each room.
  4. For cancellations made within 61 days of the check-in date, the full payment is non-refundable.
  5. No changes to the itinerary are allowed within 31 days of check-in date.
  6. In the case of a no-show without prior email notification, the full balance will be charged.

Special Cancellation Policy during Cavendish Beach Music Festival (July 10,11,12, 2025), Sommo Festival (September 13,14, 2025):

  1. A non-refundable deposit of full amount is required to confirm a reservation of each cottage.

Payment:

  • We accept debit card, or credit card for the deposit payment online.
  • We accept Interac e-transfer for the deposit. Make e-transfer payments to: [email protected], and please indicate the full guest name of the reservation.
  • We accept debit card, credit card, cash or e-transfer for balance of payment at our office at check in.
    • Extra person 15% per day.
    • Children 6 years and under stay free (using existing beds).

Restriction Policies

To provide a healthy environment for all guests, the cottages are:

  • Non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to any guest who smokes inside their room.
  • No pets. Customers will be fined $500 if they bring pet into the room.
  • No campfires. The property is campfire free because it's next to Heritage places.
  • No cannabis.
  • No sea foods and other strong smelling foods may be cooking inside the cabin. We can provide out-door burner and pot for customers for free.
  • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  • Guests play on the playground at their own risk.
  • Pool and Deck area:
    • Pool is operating from June 13th to September 14th, 2025 (10:30am to 8:00pm)
    • No diving in the pool.
    • No food, No smoking, and absolutely No alcohol in the pool.
    • No lifeguard is provided on site, children under 12 years of age are not permitted to swim without adult supervision and that bathers swim at their own risk.
    • No foul language at the pool area since we may have children onsite.
    • No breakable articles are allowed in the pool or on the deck.
    • Running is not permitted on the pool deck.
    • Keep Pool Gate closed please.

Special Restriction Policies during Cavendish Beach Music Festival, and Sommo Festival

  1. Quiet time is from 12am to 8am.
  2. No visitors are allowed, and no parties are allowed.
  3. Every guest must register at front desk when checking in. (Name, vehicle plate number, etc.)
    • Every guest must wear the event special bracelet in the office.
    • Each vehicle will have a permit.
    • No extra guests, no extra vehicles are allowed on our property during the concert weekend unless you request approval from hotel staff by email in advance.
  4. CBMF Minimum stay is 4-nights.
  5. Sommo Festival Minimum stay is 3-nights.

Business Hours

  • Operating Season
    • We are open for all guests from May 16th to September 20th, 2025.
  • Office Hours
    • Our daily office hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
  • Check-In
    • Check in time is from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The office closes at 8:30 pm.
      • If you plan to arrive after 8:30 pm, self-check-in will be arranged. Please call us in advance to confirm your arrival time.
  • Check-Out
    • Check out time is 10:00 am. Self check-out is available; please drop your key in the keybox located in front of the office.
    • A 50% daily fee will apply for check-outs after 12:00 pm but before 3:00pm.
    • A 100% daily fee will apply for check-outs after 3:00pm.
